Winning the Hearts in Russia

It was great fun to give the opening presentation at the December ReForum Conference in Moscow.  Organized by Winning the Hearts, the conference is the largest annual gathering of HR executives in Russia.

I very much enjoyed the event, its dynamic venue, good mix of participants, and the positive energy created by a vibrant mix of visual and audio elements.  ReForum provided an excellent podium for exposure and conversation on best practices regarding organizational culture and workforce motivation.  In my presentation I talked about how Russians have an abundant natural resource – their high level of creativity – as evidenced by their rich contributions to the world of literature, music, and science, and how companies can take advantage by harnessing the full, collective creative potential of their organizations.
