Netflix Value Proposition Drove Strategic Change C6

Netflix succeeded by delivering its customer Value Proposition. Willing to change its business model entirely to better meet customer needs. Netflix didn't lock-in on its delivery mechanism (VHS, DVD delivery) enhancing old core capabilities. Instead Netflix inve sted in entirely new delivery mechanism (streaming) enhancing customer value by changing its implementation.
