On April 9-11, over 50 government leaders from 9 countries gathered in Singapore for a conference on digital transformation in the public sector organized by OpenGov and VMware.
The forum was a fun event, blending highly stimulating and interactive elements, during which I gave two talks. The first focused on how digital transformation should drive the emotional transformation and lifestyle enrichment of citizens. The second introduced the concept of the Infatuation Interval Index (I-Cubed), which is a whole new metrics that captures the emotional attachment between audiences and offerings. I-Cubed is being developed as part of the Slingshot Platform to enable the precise tracking of emotional transformation caused by products and services.
