Blue Ocean Shift released

The highly anticipated follow-up to the Global bestseller Blue Ocean Strategy has hit the market, under the title Blue Ocean Shift. The book, which is already toping the charts, describes the step-by-step process of creating cultural shifts in organizations in order to move them from market competing to market creating.

I am particularly pleased that the key concepts of Blue Ocean Shift are strongly aligned with the core tenets of Slingshot – for example ‘humanness’ – the necessity of unlocking organization-wide, personal buy-in to the ongoing pursuit of market creation.
